Francesca’s is a food business based in Wombourne, Wolverhampton, England. All products are freshly prepared in-house and made to order.

Orders

• Orders are placed by telephone or in the shop.

• All products are made fresh to order and subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment

Payment details will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Orders must be paid for as agreed when placing the order.

Collection

• All orders are collection only from our premises.

• No delivery service is offered.

• Customers are responsible for collecting orders at the agreed time.

• Orders not collected at the agreed time may not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

• Cancellations must be made as early as possible.

• Refunds are not offered once preparation has begun, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law

Allergens

We take allergen management seriously and provide information to the best of our knowledge. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

Liability

Francescas shall not be held responsible for adverse reactions where full ingredient and allergen information has been provided and reasonable care has been taken during preparation.

Gluten-Free Disclaimer

All gluten-free products are prepared in a separate gluten-free preparation area using dedicated utensils and equipment.

Gluten-free items are cooked in the same oven as non-gluten-free products; however, separate baking trays and baking mats are used to reduce the risk of cross-contamination.

While we take every reasonable precaution to minimise cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from gluten.

Our products may not be suitable for individuals with severe gluten allergies or coeliac disease. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.
